Reflections from My Journey

Growing up, I realised how fear and doubt can hold you back from doing the things you love or from being yourself. I’ve had my share of regrets. Missing out on opportunities or giving up halfway because I was afraid I wasn’t good enough. Over time, I learned it’s not about being perfect or having all the right answers; it’s about giving your best with what you have in that moment. Each experience helps you grow and brings you one step closer to the person you’re meant to be.

What Therapy Means to Me

Some people grow up with heavy stories, but the power to change stories has always been inside them. Sometimes, all it takes is a little push, kindness, and support to find the courage to take that first step. To me, therapy is that safe, caring space where people can start to rewrite their story and finally become the main character of their own life.

Beyond Therapy

I am a sports enthusiast. I love working out in the gym, I play basketball, badminton, pickleball, futsal and tennis. As for some quiet time, I enjoy watching sitcoms, drama, movies and I’m a big fan of anime!
