Note: Walk-in consultation includes 10 minutes for forms and screening, followed by a 20-minute consultation covering concerns, results, and next steps.
Terms & Conditions
Payment
Full payment must be made within 24 hours after your session is confirmed.
If payment is not received within this time frame, the booking may be released or rescheduled.
Payment details will be provided upon scheduling.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or to receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions will be charged in full, except for emergencies considered on a case-by-case basis.
In rare cases, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by your therapist. You will be notified promptly and provided either a full refund or an alternative session time.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
If you do not attend your session within the first 15 minutes without informing us, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without refund.
