Reflections from My Journey

Through my journey as a therapist, I’ve learned that people are often harsher than they realise, sometimes as a way of protecting themselves. It’s also natural to feel uncertain or adrift at times. What matters most is becoming aware of where we are and gently moving toward what truly matters.

What Therapy Means to Me

To me, therapy is a grounded and safe space, with room for lightness and humour when needed. It’s where clients can gain clarity, reconnect with their values, and build the inner strength to move forward. Guided by compassion, connection, equanimity, and growth, I strive to make each session collaborative and supportive.

Beyond Therapy

Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, deep conversations with loved ones, reflecting on stories in dramas and films with a psychologist’s eye, and journaling when inspiration arrives.
